COVID-19 Precautionary Measures

Keeping our customers and employees safe is our top priority. We are taking extra precautions and have implemented a high standard of cleanliness to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. Whether you are visiting us to purchase a new vehicle, service your existing vehicle, or purchasing parts or accessories, we are committed to providing you with a safe and   convenient transaction.

UNIVERSAL SAFETY MEASURES

 

We are taking extra precautions and have implemented a high standard of cleanliness, including but not limited to the following:  

  • All vehicles are wiped down and sanitized each time a customer or staff member exits a vehicle.
  • Vehicle keys are being sanitized each time they are handled by a customer or staff member.
  • Disposable gloves have been provided to staff members and are required to be worn when touching customer vehicles. Gloves must be changed between each vehicle.
  • In the event a staff member is unable to maintain appropriate physically distance, masks, provided by the company, are to be worn.

Physical Distancing

Please follow Physical Distancing by maintaining 2 meters from customers and employees.  Where possible, markers have been placed for waiting areas and lounges have spaced accordingly.

Personal Hygiene

Please use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting our buildings.  If available, regular hand washing is the single most effective way to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Prevent the Spread
Please do not enter if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, new muscle aches or headache, or if you have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days.

Increased Cleaning

Common areas and surfaces are regularly being cleaned using appropriate products approved by the WHO. Staff are requested to ensure they disinfect common/shared areas after use (i.e. waiting rooms etc.)

BUY FROM HOME OR IN PERSON

We have taken the following steps to facilitate a safe and convenient process to Buy From Home or in person at our safe and clean dealership:

Step 1 - Select Your Vehicle
With over 600 new and pre-owned vehicles in stock, our available inventory has something for everyone. Browse our website to view the inventory and our virtual showroom. Have questions, want a personalized video walk around, more pictures, or more information? Reach out to us through our online forms, by phone or email.

Step 2 - Test Drive
All our vehicles are fully sanitized. When you are ready to test drive, we will greet you at a safe distance and set you up with an unaccompanied test drive.

Step 3 - Trade-in
If you would like to trade in your current vehicle, we are able to provide you with a complimentary same day market value appraisal. Not trading in a vehicle today? No problem, proceed straight to Step 4!

Step 4 - The Deal Details

We are able to calculate payments, terms and affordability online or in person at our safe and clean dealership. Our Financial Services Managers are in person or virtually to guide you through your approval process.

Step 5 - Delivery

Once your deal is finalized, we will deliver your fully sanitized vehicle. We are pleased to deliver your new vehicle to a location of your choosing, or at our fully cleaned and sanitized dealership.

SERVICE & PARTS

 

We are committed to supporting your essential transportation needs and have taken the following steps to facilitate a safe and convenient transaction when servicing your vehicle or purchasing parts at our dealership:

  • Signage has been placed at dealership entrances advising customers of safety procedures.
  • Markings have been placed on the floors to advise of appropriate physical distancing.

Preventing the Spread

  • Plexiglass shields are in place at Parts & Service Advisor stations.
  • Coffee and beverage service has been discontinued at this time.

Cleanliness

  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the dealership.
  • Parts & Service advisor work stations are being wiped down after each customer.
  • Debit machines are being wiped down after each use.
